If you are facing buffering too many times with in your website player, it could mean that either your account's streams are not verified or that your current subscription plan does not support accelerated delivery feature (aka CDN feature).

Do note that the accelerated delivery feature is currently supported in the following subscription plans.

> Event Plan

> Growth Plan

> Scale Plan

> Agency Plan

To make sure that you are using the accelerated delivery feature, go to your live stream page and click "Embed Player" from the sub menu on the left, and turn on "Accelerated Delivery".

Once, the accelerated delivery feature is enabled, your website embed player will now load live stream video much faster and will result in reduced buffering.
